So there I was, drinking coffee and reading someofmyfavorite news sites when I came across this little story. What the hell is our society coming to? Giving a four year old a littering ticket for throwing toys out the window of a car? As someone who has a two and a half year old at home, let me tell you, children will throw anything anywhere if it will amuse them for at least four or five nanoseconds. Do they do this on purpose? Sure, but should we punish them for it? Hell no.
